VBA - Get a sketches associated "rectangular" or "circular" pattern's name

Can anybody help?

If I have a sketch (sketch1, sketch2 etc), how can I tell, using a VBA macro, if that sketch as an associated "Circular" or "Rectangular" pattern feature?

for example,

If my sketch is "sketch1" can vba tell me if it has an associated "rectangular" or "circular" pattern?

say....

msgbox "sketch1 circular pattern name = circular pattern1

Last time I checked the API still did not support sketch patterns.
