Anyone else getting the above message when trying to save default.ivb?

Never mind, just realized two sessions of Inventor were open.  Sorry.

I am getting this message and I don't have two sessions of Inventor open.

Any ideas what it could be?

It is probably caused because the Defualt.ivb file is being used by some other user or process.
