Rule that can copy model property to field text as text

I am looking if it is possible, to have a rule or a macro, that can fill defined field texts as text format. 
So that you are able to change input via Field Text later, without the need of Editing the Title block, and removing formulas.

Is it even possible?

Here is a rule for prompted entry. You could also remove the prompted entry and replace with a linked custom iproperty/ parameter accessed via the drawing parameter box or a form.
