Replace Content Center Part using VB.net

I am currently creating a VB.net program that configures an assembly that has several iLogic rules in it. I would like to move the iLogic rules into VB.net. However, I am having trouble with one of the rules I would like to bring into VB.net. This rule is an external rule that replaces Content Center parts. I have attached it in the file "ContentCenterReplace.txt". I call out the ContentCenterReplace using a sub-routine which is in the attached "PipeReplace.txt". I then call it out the sub-routine as in the attached "FormCallout.txt".

Can anybody help me to figure out how to get this to work? My current version of Inventor is "2016 RTM Update 2".

I have decided to go a different direction with this project because replacing parts using the content center is not easy and slows the program down. Instead I’m creating a set of “smart” parts that can be easily configured to the specs needed.
