Reg Document Service error

Hi

Am getting the following error while complie the inventor Addin Program

'Autodesk.Connectivity.WebServices.DocumentService.Friend Sub New(service As Autodesk.Connectivity.WebServices.IDocumentServiceWebService)' is not accessible in this context because it is 'Friend'.

Please provide the soulution for this
