"Unable to create Component" from content center

Hello,

I am having issue placing library component from my custom library for certain components from my custom Library.

Strange thing is it only happens for certain files (Eg. when I place Reducers from the custom library there are no issues, however, trying to place a tee i get the error message "Unable to create component"

 

I tried to go through different forums (tried some solutions that worked for other users) but there is no specific solution. 

Anyone with experience with this? I was planning to get my Library setup and running for the new year but I am stuck at this without a solution.

Did you create the 'tee' component family, or have access to the original definition iPart file?  If so, I suggest this, get the source iPart file, cycle through each iPart size, and verify there are no modeling errors at that size.  First idea anyway.  When I had a part that was having modeling errors, I got a 'can't create component' .  It was usually from something easy to overlook, like a radius that reduced down to 0 or two independent faces accidentally intersecting when changing sizes via table data.
