No longer able to create iLogic rules

So, on Friday, our outside IT pushed a security update...which I suspect is the issue. I do not have a way to uninstall this update. When I try to create an iLogic rule this pops up...and won't allow me to create a rule.

If i hit cancel, and click anywhere on the screen, the "Loading Configuration" goes away. I can't edit a rule either.

While I can't say a Security update is to cause, it is the only thing on my machine to change since Friday. (Also noticed another update installed this moring) Is anyone else seeing this issue?

So I randomly stumbled across the Inventor Reset Utility in the start menu...that appears to have done the trick.
