Hi everyone
Looking for some advice, i have been working on an iLogic panel (two interlocking sheet metal trays)
I have gotten the panel to work fairly well. The original idea for the panel was that we could populate an enclosure with these panels just by adjusting the height and width using a form; to increase the modelling speed.
Now that I have finished, I have come to the conclusion that it will be hard to get this to work in practice. Each panel would be a bespoke size, so I would have to have multiple instances of the driven panel assembly within the main assembly.
Obviously now I realise all of the panels would link together and would have the original file names written in the ilogic code.
Would I need to copy design every iteration? and then also change all of the ilogic code.
Or is there a way of saving a whole new panel assembly using ilogic that would update the code?
Thanks
