Looking to Export Inch .dxf file from Nest

I have created a nest from an assembly of sheet metal parts using a "Standard(in)" profile. My sources are all imported properly in inches with a "from source document" unit rule. All of my parts are created in imperial units. I am able to successfully create a nesting study with the sheet metal parts desired. The problem I am having now is I want to export as a .dxf that can be read directly buy our shops laser table. The problem is this document is interpreted as a metric when using the export tool from inventor. I do not wish to have to scale/convert these drawings in autocad. I am looking for an imperial export option. When looking at the nesting reports under the nesting study all of the numbers/units seem to be in a metric format(see screenshots). Is there some kind of configuration I can change to change this? Any help is appreciated. Capture.JPGCapture2.JPGCapture3.JPG

H Chandra,

Here is a basic sheet metal part I created using the same settings I've tried earlier. It will not let me post the nest file for some reason. But can be created from within the sheet metal part file.
