Keyboard is not working in 2018 Inventor Addin

In a trial version of Inventor 2018, I have problem getting a WPF-Addin to work as expected concerning keyboard access.

Problem is that when a WPF TextBox gets focus, only space, delete and backspace is working. All other keyboard inputs are ignored.

In my project, which is about developing a new WPF based Addin this is a showstopper.

I did not enclose any code, since I read that others also had experienced the same problem in 2018, but not in 2017.

What is this add-on? If its not developed by Autodesk then you need to reach out to the vendor of that given product.

Oh now I see what you meant regarding WPF.  For the future you many want to not assume we all know what you're talking about..  Smiley LOL

Programming needs should be posted in the Inventor customization forum and not here.  I will have the moderator relocate your posting there to better suit your needs.    https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-customization/bd-p/120

I am developing this Addin myself. Plan is that it should become a CAD-product in the future.

Not sure if your testing your program to determine if Inventor 2018/2019 will meet your needs (and purchase it) but you can't be using the trial mode to develop an add-on that you will be offering as a solution (and have no intentions of obtain a license)

In the future my company may have to buy a license, but right now we are just testing the Addin features. I do not suggest or think the problem I see now is because I use a trial version.
