Is there an easy way to distribute an ILogic Script as an .exe?

Hello All,

My colleagues and I have been working on an ILogic Script in Inventor to automate our workflow. However, when distributing it to colleagues, it has become a long tedious process. Is there an easy way to convert it into a .exe?

Or would our best option be to port the project to VB.NET in Visual Studio and build an installer from there?

Thank you all for your time.

To ensure all my other colleagues can access and use the iLogic solutions I author, I have set up a shared network location where all our shared resources are kept, including a folder (specified within iLogic Configuration) where all the external iLogic rules and forms are kept (with sub folders).  All we had to do after setting up this shared location, was to make sure we all had our iLogic Configuration settings set the same (these settings can be exported/imported as .xml file).  This works great for our team, but I don't know if this would work for a team whose members may be regularly remote working (not on same network, accessing over internet).

I really appreciate the response. I like that idea a lot, but unfortunately we have a lot of remote workers across the country! I will keep that in mind if I cannot find another solution. Thank you

In the past I used a .bat file that copies the files to the correct location with a script.

I put that in the startup folder of windows.

Each time the correct files were copied before inventor started up.
