Inventor SDK thickness analysis

Hi

Is it possible to run a thickness analysis on a part through the SDK? Ideally, could all faces that are less than a certain thickness be identified through the SDK?

Is there a reason you can't use the section analysis - I am thinking that what you need is already built into the software but that you might not be aware of it.

Do you need a tool more sophisticated than this?

If you have Inventor Professional - I think there might also be a relevant tool within the Mold Design environment.

So you want to run this in batches or without having to manually perform the task in Inventor right?

Yes, that's right. I'm hoping to automate checking / validation (as much as possible), essentially.
