Inventor 2019 Tools / Application Options / File not going to current release

Inventor 2019 installed yesterday. Application Options Files are suppose to be pointed to "Inventor %RELEASE%"  folder. I am ASSUMING that this should be current release. The release is trying to go to Inventor 2015 folder. How do we get these to look in the Inventor 2019 folder? Tried to manually change Inventor %RELEASE% to Inventor 2019. Followed instructions to exist project and reopen project but changed did not stick. What can we do?

Can you provide a sample that which file path is directed to Inventor 2015 folder in the File Options?
