I want to move to iLogic after a good experience with iCopy,

what I like the most with iCopy is the document that can be attached and created with every instance of the assembly,

is that possible in iLogic too? any link or video please?

Thanks.

Hi @mohandis2

I am not exactly sure what area you would like explanations on so if there is a specific area such as file naming or referencing please provide more details. The below link is a video on how to use place ilogic component.  I use this system myself and one thing I find a little difficult is having to rename the generated files after placement in order to follow along with a naming scheme for example adding a prefix project number to ensure files are searchable and remain unique. What I do is to rename the files after placement using save and replace with a delete operation. You could overcome all this by replicating the ilogic place component functionality in code but that can be complex and time consuming.
