iLogic_Rule_Batch_Tool in Autodesk app store Error

  1. I am using this tool to copy ilogic parameters into multiple parts in one go and it's working fine (India) but our team in USA having below error while running the same.
  2. We ran this tool in multiple users in India and its working fine.

Any idea how to solve this ?
