iLogic Event Triggers missing tabs

I am working on some iLogic rules for everyone at the office to automate some things. I got it done and everyone is happy.

There is a weird thing happening though. While everyone has the same (new?) style of event triggers there is one coworker who does not.

This is the screen he gets:

While everyone else has these options:

So that one coworker has a different layout without the tabs and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change it.

He is likely just using an older version of Inventor compared to everyone else..
