iLogic - Detail View Identifier position change and adding leader

Hi everyone!

Is it possible to manipulate somehow using iLogic the position of Drawing Detail View identifier for circular fence? When I automatically create it, it is always positioned at the top quadrant:

And sometimes I would like it to be on the left, right or at the bottom, which can be done easily using mouse:

Is there any way to do this automatically?

Moreover, is there any way to add a leader to it and move aside as shown below?:
