We have external ilogic rules that update properties and parameters; most of which update the titleblock. For one of our users these rules aren't running when they should. So I checked their event triggers and they're empty. This shouldn't be so because we share the same "RulesOnEvents.xml" via the vault. I checked their version of the xml and its correct; it has all of the external rules listed under the right event trigger. So I check their ilogic configuration dialog (see below). For some reason they have two directories listed instead of just our shared directory. They have the default listed first, then our shared directory second. According to the help for this dialog, inventor reads the xml in the first directory. I think this might be why his ilogic triggers aren't correct. So I tried removing the top directory, but the dialog doesn't keep the change. Every time we remove it and restart inventor it's still there. How do I get the dialog to keep the change?
