How fix brick wall "explosion" ?

Hello.

That is my first post in Autodesk.

I have problem after upgrade team.

How I repair this ?

That  is normal wall before upgrade.

 That is after upgrade... 😕

And i have question.

How constrain Inventor to repair connections and other subfiles from first picture. Something for example " upgrade/repair from visible connections."

Or where I see "bad connections" ?

Please try to formulate your problem again.

• What was the situation before the upgrade.
• From what version did you upgrade.
• To what version did you upgrade.
• What went wrong.

Ok my Inventor at this moment is "frozen" but i try write. Probably problem

In first file.iam..

1) I create wall from brick in 3 layer. I connect with "Joint" (about 130 "joint" and 6 constrain )

2) Create mirror 

3) Create pattern x2

Save file

Second file.iam

I place first file.iam

Create 4 layer 

I define envelopes and save as file.ipt ( i create that, beacause i have optimization -  defect - much more space in HDD but i have advantage - i don't wait 20 minutes to one klick button mouse )

Now i place file.ipt and pattern... that look good, but when i have upgrade i have pretty "explosion". Probably i change and joint 1 brick in first file.iam.

I open first file,iam - but i don't see any bad Joint or constrain ( no bad - no repair )

I trying repair to "Save and change" but no effects.

Or how create about 127000 bricks with 900 "joint"? in 160 layers. 

I have 64 GB RAM, Quadro M4000, HP Z820 Workstation, Win. 7.

I record "problem". Nevermind other and before connects... One "bad" connect and i have pretty explosion. And just little "Save" and my work going to hell. How Fix it ?

Hello @Anonymous are you able to do a Pack & Go of your assembly for better inspection?

Is the brick wall data proprietary or can you share that information?

Not sure what is happening after the upgrade but might have to inspect the files to find out.
