How can I trigger an iLogic rule from outside Inventor?

The "canned" triggers, like "New Document", "After Open Document", etc., all require operator action inside Inventor.

Once Inventor is open and the desired document (e.g. assembly) is launched, how can a specific iLogic rule be triggered from outside Inventor?
