Horizontal line in a form

How do I create a horizontal line in a form which can be etched, flat, etc?
I am looking for the same look as a Frame, but in a line. A good example of
this is in the Inventor file properties on the summary tab:

In VB you can just add a line, but I don't know in VBA.

I was hoping to be able to use it in VBA.

How about placing a frame and making it as short height-wise as possible. Of course
remove the Caption from it. Other than that maybe a picture box of a black picture
stretched out thin??

I've tried the short height frame, but that doesn't work very well. I will
try the picture box, but I was hoping for a way to drop in a line and be
able to etch it for the typical "frame look".

Thanks for your help,
