*Holes arount the center of flange

Hello autodesk forum,

I have a problem with making holes around the center of flange . I tried a lot of things and nothing happens.

We need to make maximum holes in area of the flange. The diameter of the holes must be 12mm. Each one must be 20mm apart. They must be described in the circumference of the flange. I'm attaching two photoes of the problem and one real photo of the product.

We need to have maximum holes in this area in distance 20mm of each.
