Generate File Numbers Scheme value to None for Tube & Pipe

Hello,

Is it possible to modify the scheme value that appears on the Generate File Numbers dialog on clicking Tube and Pipe to None via code. I have attached an image below for reference.

This looks like a standards addin and generally there is no API access for this. If you can launch this dialog by code and can tab over and select the list box manually then you could potentially send keystrokes but that really is a poor workaround and open to user errors if they interrupt the running code with unintended mouse movements.
