Is your installation of MS Access a 32 bit or 64 bit version?  What product year/version of MS Access?

Hi @kietttF47UC.  I just did a little digging around through the online help area on this topic, because it seems like I saw something related to this a while back.  I believe they removed the ability to export an assembly BOMView out to Microsoft Access some time around the 2020 to 2021 product releases, because the FileFormatEnum variations included "kMicrosoftAccessFormat" in the 2020 help, but it and some others were removed from the available variations in the 2021 help, and I don't see it available in any later version of Inventor either, including the 2023 help.  But I could not find the exact reference page documenting the change.  This may be the reason you are having trouble.  The 32 bit vs 64 bit thing was a problem for some folks when they were using 32 bit Access, but that does not seem to be a factor here.  My next advise would be to contact the place who sold you the Autodesk software, or Autodesk directly to ask them about it.  There is a long history of similar sounding situations where Microsoft Office software and Autodesk software encounter problems working with each other smoothly, and it can get way more complicated at times than I am comfortable getting involved in.
