Hello. How can I save settings for all files using "All documents"? We have a lot of workstations and I would like to save/export settings on one machine and import to others with minimum manually changing settings. When I set triggers and save settings those triggers are not imported making settings import on other machine.

In our system, if I add a rule to a particular trigger, just like yours above, it's automatically recognized by all of our users' computers. Yours appears to be an external rule, like mine.

This is from the help document:

The external triggers for All documents, Parts, Assemblies, and Drawings are stored in RulesOnEvents.xml. This file is located in the first External Rules Directory as specified in the iLogic Configuration dialog box.

RulesOnEvents.xml is a single file that can be shared and stored on a network drive. The file can only be modified by one user at a time. Set the file to read-only or change its permissions to prevent others from modifying the data.

So, if each user's cpu is set to reference that same iLogic folder (where the rule is), they should all find that same RulesOnEvents file.

Is that where you were headed?
