Error when adding a new button in New Panel

Hi,

  I am trying to add a new button to a new panel under Tools Ribbon when 'No Inventor document' (ZeroDoc) is open. But it is failing by throwing an exception. My program is excepted to lauch a VB .NET form when the button is clicked.

  All my code is in the StandardAddInServer Class and in the Activate method.

  I am using Inventor Profession 2014 and Visual Studio 2012.

  Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
