Editing and inserting tebel excel message: Can not start server application

I work on two stations on one project on a portable dock.
flat file I imported an excel file - dimensional table for various part variants.
When running the project on the second station when trying to edit the excel table, the program reports: "Can not run the server application" and I can not edit the table.
After deleting the table and re-inserting the table the values in the table are not displayed as in excel.
How to solve this problem.
When you open the same project on the first workstation, there are no such issues and problems editing the file and no problem insert excel tables in the form as they are created in excel.
