Drawing Comparison Plugin

Hello everyone, is there a plugin that can identify whether the dimensions, leader text, bubble numbers, and other annotations in two DWG drawings have changed in position or been deleted? (The first version of the drawing is the original, and the second version is the modified drawing, which needs to highlight the differences between the two drawings.)

I don't know about an addin that does this kind of thing. But I have an iLogic rule on my blog that does partial what you want.
