Is there a way to detect if a drawing is fully detailed?

The auto dimension tool knows what dimensions are required so I wondered if iLogic knew this and could warn a user if they are closing a drawing that is not fully detailed?

What do you mean "fully detailed"

Is this part fully detailed?

Fully detailed would be every dimension needed to make the part.

Your drawing is not fully dimensioned because we don't know definitively that the hole is in the centre of the slot, but I see what you are getting at. 😋

I know it's difficult for Inventor to know if everything is done, but as the auto dimension exists, I didn't know if there was some part of the API that knew if everything was dimensioned or not.

In this case the hole dimensions and location is described generally (company standard).

Auto dimensioning in the sketch depends on degrees of freedom of each entity. It is not possible to achieve the similar functionality in drawing.
