Derive Sheet Metal part

During a derivation of the blech files we noticed that the check mark under Option > Link blech definitions was not set automatically. Is this setting accessible with Inventor API and how would we implement it in the rule?

Link sheetmetal styles is sadly missing from the API. See similar post here

 It would be listed under derived part definition if it was available. I would suggest to vote the idea up on idea forum post here.

A workaround you can try is to match the sheetmetal style via the thickness to the derived part. The link will not be live but the part will update to having matching sheetmetal style.
