Defining the External Rules folder path in the Vault project file

Hi,
I struggle with finding the answer to how to effectively share external rules with other users across the organization.
I created external rules and stored them in Vault Design Data folder, so everyone can access them from there. But after getting the files on the local drive user also need to define in Inventor the folder path where these files are. Ideally would be to define the path in the project file in the same way as templates, libraries etc. It has to be possible. I guess. But how to do it?
We are using the Vault Pro and inventor 2020.

This is how I done it on my PC, but this needs to be repeated on all other computers.
It's not a big deal but can be forgotten when user will get PC replaced etc. so would be better to have it controlled by the project file like anything else.

I think if you make an export of your applications options and everyone would import it they would got your settings.
