I want to make an app that mimics the "Place Component" command but without the standard dialog. In other words, I already have a way of obtaining the desired path/file string but I don't have a way of mimicing the insert and drag & drop nature of the "Place Component" command (including iMate placement). Any thoughs on how I might accomplish this?
