@jgougler

welcome to the forum.

give us more details on what's now working.

Can you share you Application Options with us? Use the Export button and share the project IPJ as well.

Hi @jgougler

It is still not clear what is not working on your computer. It seems now you have problems with 2020 installation as you did on 2018 version of Inventor.

When you say "it's not loading" do you mean there is nothing showing up in the content center window?

to investigate this please use

 - Place from Content Center in the assembly,

or

 - Open from Content Center on the File menu

- Edit Content Center on the Manage tab.

If there is nothing showing up then please click Manage Projects and click on content center libraries icon, on the lower right icon above Done.

Do you see the libraries there? are the boxes in front of them ticked (meaning they will be available in the current project)

If you don't see any libraries showing up you should investigate Tools Application Options / Content Center tab and see if inventor is looking in the right folder. Open that folder in windows explorer and verify the libraries do exist there and they are for the current version of inventor eg. 2020 and not some old libraries which will need migrating before use.
