Check-in sequence

Hi ppl, 

Someone can explain why in diferent cases I have diferente check-in sequences ? See images attached.

check-in1.png shows a check-in sequence that before I execute my addin code.

check-in2.png shows a diferent check-in sequence that I did the same steps that my addin did but manually.

Obs: Part13.ipt has a link to Part13.ipt - Edgecam.ipt

Hi,

Please provide a small but complete Visual Studio project that I can use to research this behavior.
(Please keep in mind that using the Vault API to check in an Inventor file is not supported).
