Changing a keyboard shortcut that isnt listed.

Ive gone to Tools>customize>Keyboard and went looking for a camera grip that is defaulted to F4, but i dont see this command in the list. Am i able to change this key to another? or are some keyboard shortcuts unable to change.

I'm don't think you can.
