Hi,

I have a very simple example in attached zip-file.

In the assembly you can see that I have placed 2 different components.

My iLogic rule have the following function.

It opens each part and change the Length parameter in the Model State Row called Size.

My problem is that the code does what it should, but the compnents in the assembly does not update. So if I change the model state in the components to Size in the assembly, it has the old value.

But if I open the part and change Model State, it has the right values.

Can anyone tell me why this strange thing happens and maybe have a solution for my problem?

To test this..

Open the rule and set LengthValue and then run the rule..

Change Model State row in both components. Note that Size don't have your value.

Open the part in it's own window.. Note that Size has your value..

Regards

Rikard
