Is it possible to call ACIS (ASM here) functionality from Inventor API applcation. I am looking at using Cellular-Topology/Selective-Boolean functionality, if it can be leveraged API mode.

Unfortunately the Inventor API doesn't expose the underlying geometry kernel. Everything that is doable is listed in the API Help Files.
