Cannot create ActiveX component error when writing to excel

Inventor 2018, Excel 2016, Windows 7 enterprise

 

Here is the code I have been using

Please go through below system requirements for Inventor 2018.

 

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/System-requirements-for-Autodesk-Inventor-2018.html  

 

Basically, Inventor 2018 is 64 bit application. Just guessing that excel 2016 would be 32 bit application. This might be root cause for error.

I cannot upload the rest of the rules but they all work. It is just the excel rule that is broken.

If I remove the first line ....Open(....) then it works.
