Button generator error: "cannot find an external rule file named: "

Hi, I installed the button generator to run external rules, but when i click the new made button i get the error: "Cannot find an external rule file named "rulename" 

Anyone knows how to solve this?

I expect that your rule is not in a folder that is not defined as an external rule folder. Please check the following settings:

Your rule should be in 1 of those directories (and not in a subdirectory). If your rule is in a subdirectory or in another folder just add the folder here.

I was just wondering if it would be possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to this button / command?

go to "Customize User Commands"

Go to the tab "KeyBoard" and find your command/button and give it a keyboard shortcut like a you do with a normal command 😉

Yes i know how to do it but the shortcut key did'nt work, i just found out that a "CTRL+key" works, so it's solved...
(strange that a normal key like "W" without the CTRL doesn't work)
