Batch file for invoking mt.exe

Does anyone have a batch file for invoking the mt.exe file?  I am using VBE 2010, and it looks like this is the solution.  http://modthemachine.typepad.com/my_weblog/add-in-creation/

I think the simplest would be if you used the Inventor AddIn Wizard as pointed out in this new post:
