Is there a setting I'm failing to find to allow me to pull a balloon away from a part and allow me to drop it where i want to? When pulling a balloon away from the part currently in 2017 it jumps wildly around and has to be adjusted after dropped.
The balloon command will allow you to place at your leisure. Just click 'B' or Baloon. Select the part you wish to balloon. Left click where you want the balloon. Then right click continue to place.
Just an update on my problem. Holding shift down does not make a difference. I have talked around with other users and they have no issue such as mine. So I am guessing that it must be unique to my computer, video perhaps. I have been dealing with this for some time now and will live with the "jumping balloons" almost like snaps being on.
If you would like to resolve this issue maybe you can create a screencast video to show the problem? Because juming balloons is not working as visualization for the problem.
