assembly configuration

hi there, 

I'm sitting about a problem and I can't solve it. 

I have, for the first start, two part. Lets say it Riegel_kurz and Riegel_lang

Now I want to have an assembly with different configuration

Conf1 = Riegel_kurz as grounded part and then Riegel_lang that contraind on Riegel_kurz

Conf2 = Riegel_lang as grounded part and then Riegel_kurz that contraind on Riegel_lang.

I know I can solve it by an iAssembly but I want use an ilogic rule

Is this possible
