Hi everyone, I'm looking for advice on creating a surface in Autodesk Inventor from LiDAR scan data.
I have the LiDAR data in a DXF format, but i am unable to open this as any sort of useful sketch in inventor.
Does anyone have experience or a step-by-step guide for generating surfaces from LiDAR data in Inventor? Any tips on preparing the data or using specific tools to streamline the process would also be greatly appreciated
Note, the origional scan has been coverted to DXF from the origional file type. If there is a more appropriate file type please advise.
