Which version of Visual Studio C++ to use with Inventor?

Which version of Visual Studio C++ to use with the current release of  Inventor ?

Last year I used VS2010, but can I use VS2013, since it is free from MicroSoft?

Inventor 2015 Addin Wizards does not support VS2013 yet, please try VS2012 version for now.

I did not specidy clearly enough.

What I meant was does COM from C++ still work in the same way? Or is there a new SDK header files etc to download for the latest version of Inventor?

It is recommended to use header files from the target version of the Inventor, 
the most often it is the latest version.
