What Inventor service pack am i running

Great question, in your control panel navigate to Programs and Features > Uninstall a Program > View Installed Updates.
Alternatively your current service pack will also be indicated within Inventor, at the top right, click the help button (?) > About this product.
Make sure to check your Autodesk Desktop App for available updates, you can set it to automatically install or notify you when an update becomes available by going to the settings found under your name. You Autodesk Account will also have all of your available updates.
