Visible sketch shows as hidden in API

Hello,

we are creating function that is hiding visible sketches in parts. This function is ran from the assembly. On the attached screenshot you can see that the sketch in the part is clearly visible... but for some reason the API is saying that the visible=false.... So we can't hide it... but again... for user it is visible...

Does anyone know why is this happening?

This can be explained if your assembly shows part "X" with view/representation "master" and your part "X" is showing view "View1"
