very basic VBA example

I attached a very generic drawing (IMM.iam).  I'm finding that there aren't many good examples on how to use VBA with inventor.  I've used VBA for computers and microcontrollers but was hoping somebody could write a very basic example of how to move the middle plate back and forth in my drawing, become visible, and become invisible using VBA code.
