uniq balloons collection

I can get all balloons collection. but different balloons are can reffer to the same part. is it possible somehow to get only balloons collection that reffered to different parts?

May be I should to make some trick. For example to read cells values of part list ( but what to do if part list is not created? )

Or it's possible to check is ballons are connected to same part?

I'll try to explain my question more exactly:

How can I rename items in parts list to update also balloons values? And what to do if parts list is not added.

To which objects in inventor model are connected items in parts list?
