Two part lists in one template or two

I want to create two different parts within one template can this be done ?

I believe your talking about a single part file that makes multiple bodies, then becomes an assembly with multiple part files.  This can be done.  Start with modeling within a single part file, and while extruding, revolving, sweeping, lofting, and slicing, create separate or new solids for each soon to be new part.  Then on the Manage tab, use the Make Parts command to turn some or all separate bodies into part files linked to this file, through a new assembly file that represents the multi-body part file.
