Turn off 'Use Thickness from Rule' in 'Sheet Metal Defaults' with VBA?

Hello,

Does any one by any chance know how to switch off  'Use Thickness from Rule' in 'Sheet Metal Defaults' using VBA?

I can't figure out the property, and Google isn't helpful today.
